Qualifications

• RN license and current-state practice in Florida.
• 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in hospital patient experience initiatives.
• Knowledge of CMS CAHPS requirements and survey processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with executive leaders to meet facility needs and leverages resources effectively.
• Oversees consulting and coaching programs to drive improvement.
• Develops and monitors project workplans to ensure timely completion and results.
