Job summary

HCA Florida Ocala Summerfield - FSER is hiring a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You will work with physicians and care teams to implement care plans, assess pain, document care, and educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.

The role requires Florida RN licensure (compact accepted), current ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications, and an associate degree in nursing.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Florida (compact license acceptable).
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required within specified timeframes.
• Associate degree in nursing or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per department standards.
• Assess pain and manage care plans; document thoroughly in EHR.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and follow-up plans.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes and safety.
