Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Florida RN license required; compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days after relocation.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures high quality, patient-centered care during designated shifts.
• Directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care according to policies.
• Participates in quality assessment of patient care services.
• Supports team collaboration and service recovery efforts.
