Ocala Health And Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to join our leadership team in Florida. This role focuses on education, mentorship, and helping staff succeed while ensuring high‑quality resident care.

You will plan educational programs, onboard new employees, conduct competency evaluations, and support infection prevention and quality initiatives within a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with active practice in nursing education or leadership.
• Experience leading staff development, nurse education, or clinical leadership.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver educational programs for nursing staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to resident care excellence and staff advancement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement educational programs for nursing and support staff.
• Coordinate and lead new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Conduct competency evaluations and skills assessments.
• Organize and facilitate ongoing in-service education.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Support infection prevention and quality assurance initiatives.
