Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience or active Nurse Residency Program participation.
• Ability to learn quickly, take accountability, work in a team, and deliver patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of nursing practices per policies and standards for safe, patient‑centered care.
• Ongoing communication with patients, colleagues and health care team about status and plans.
• Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience per standards.
• Medication administration using clinical documentation technology for safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family centered care to optimize health, wellness and disease management.
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily to manage care plans from admission to discharge.
