Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree or diploma in nursing.
• BSN in progress encouraged within three years of hire.
• Current RN license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum 1–2 years bedside RN experience.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver care per latest evidence-based standards and policies.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and support services.
• Maintain documentation and safety protocols.
