Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within an interdisciplinary team in New Jersey. This role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care across a variety of complex patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) or nursing diploma.
• BSN in progress and/or within three years of hire.
• Six months or more nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and commitment to ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health data and develop an initial plan of care.
• Coordinate care among nursing staff, physicians, and support services.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Document care according to established protocols and ensure patient safety.
• Assist with discharge planning and safe transitions of care.
