Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and health-care team.
• Support safe, patient-centered care and optimize satisfaction and experience.
• Administer medications using latest clinical documentation technology.
• Provide patient and family centered care to improve health outcomes.
• Collaborate across disciplines to manage care from admission to discharge.
