Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, administer medications safely, and participate in continuous quality improvement to enhance health outcomes.

The role requires NJ RN license, BLS/CPR, and a BSN preferred; 1 year RN experience; competitive benefits and pay transparency.

Qualifications

Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
1 Year Of RN Experience Required.

Responsibilities

Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards to provide safe, patient-centered care.
Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and health care team regarding patient status and plans.
Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience.
Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology for safe delivery.
Patient and family-centered care aimed at optimizing health and disease management.
Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of the patient’s plan from admission to discharge.
