Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team. You will collect health data, perform focused assessments, and coordinate an individualized plan of care.

The role requires a NJ State Registered Nurse License, BLS, and 6+ months nursing experience or participation in our Nurse Residency program. Minimum hourly pay is shown in postings; comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six months or more nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork, and commitment to ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation.
• Performs age and disease specific assessment/data collection.
• Recognizes clinical status changes and communicates with team.
