Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, ND is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for day shifts, 12-hour schedules (6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.), every other weekend.

The ideal candidate holds an active ND RN license; LTC experience is preferred but not required. Compensation ranges from $36 to $40.32 per hour with weekend differentials, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 403(b) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have an active ND RN license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses residents’ needs and health status through assessments and interviews.
• Administers medications and treatments; monitors effectiveness.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinates and participates in resident care conferences.
• Ensures proper staffing and supervises subordinate staff.
• Reports incidents per policy and ensures resident safety.
