Eventide Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shift (6 am–6:30 pm) with every other weekend/holiday rotation. Compensation includes $2 weekend shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Active ND RN license or eligibility is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred. The RN will assess residents’ health, administer medications, document care in EMR, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota RN license required or eligible for hire.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Administers medications and monitors effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assesses residents’ needs through assessments and interviews.
• Provides direct nursing care according to policies and standards.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the residents’ electronic medical record.
• Ensures adequate staffing and monitors performance.
