Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work PRN on our NOC or Day shifts in Devils Lake, ND. Must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per month and two weekend shifts monthly. A $5 per hour night differential and $2 per hour weekend differential apply to base wages.

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota LPN license or ability to obtain on hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• LPN assesses residents’ needs through assessments, observations and interviews.
• Administers medications and monitors effectiveness according to policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per current standards and Eventide policies.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor outcomes.
• Document accurately in the residents’ electronic medical record.
• Coordinate with care team and participate in care planning.
