Victorian Post Acute is hiring a Night Shift Registered Nurse in San Francisco, CA. Lead patient care, monitor stability, advocate for patient needs, and coordinate with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care during the NOC shift, serving as the primary clinical point of contact.
• Monitor patient stability, advocate for patient needs, and coordinate directly with physicians.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update and execute individualized care plans.
• Deliver skilled nursing, including medication administration and charting with accuracy.
