• Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team on a full-time PM shift with a 4/2 schedule. As an RN, you will play a vital role in overseeing resident care, leading the nursing team during your shift, and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality clinical services while maintaining their dignity, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
