Job summary

McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available, offering flexibility for candidates seeking a schedule that best fits their availability.

As an RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support and lead the clinical team, and help ensure the health, safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Qualifications

• Current and active California RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and promptly report changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care
• Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergency situations
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and regulations
• Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and team meetings
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff

McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available, offering flexibility for candidates seeking a schedule that best fits their availability.
