Job summary

Mercy in Missouri seeks a Manager of the Palliative Care Program to lead the inpatient service, coordinate a multidisciplinary team and align goals with Mercy’s strategic direction.

This full-time night shift role requires an RN licensure in-state, 3 years of palliative care experience and 2 years of leadership, plus CHPN or BE within a year, and BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing with either an Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN.
• Master’s degree in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead and oversee the inpatient Palliative Care Program and coordinate a multidisciplinary team.
• Establish program goals and outcome metrics aligned with Mercy’s strategic direction.
• Oversee the Palliative Care Coordinator team and ensure quality patient-focused care.
