As the RN Oversight with Parkland Village, you will provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

What we look for in a RN Oversight (Registered Nurse):

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

What you can expect to do as a RN Oversight (Registered Nurse):

• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication administration

Required Certifications:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse License

$50.00 - $55.00/hour
*Depending on Experience

Job Type:

• Full-Time 16-24 hours weekly

• Weekend Availability Required
