Job summary

Cascade Living Group in Bend, Oregon seeks an RN Oversight to manage medication and skilled nursing procedures for residents in accordance with state regulations. This role requires an active RN license and strong communication with staff, residents and families.

You will lead medication care administration training, monitor caregiver performance, and support health maintenance education while upholding Cascade Living's mission and values.

Job description

As the RN Oversight with Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care, you will provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

What you can expect to do as an RN Oversight (Registered Nurse):

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
• Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Required Certifications:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse License (RN)

$52.88 - $55.29/hour *Depending on Experience
