Cascade Park Vista is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents with compassionate, patient-centered care. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to maintain residents’ health and sense of home.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As an LPN at Cascade Park Vista, you’ll play an important role in supporting the health and well‑being of our residents while working closely with families, caregivers, healthcare providers, and our team.

Responsibilities :

• Getting to know our residents and providing attentive, compassionate care.
• Monitoring residents’ health and well-being and recognizing changes in condition.
• Providing diabetic care, including blood sugar checks and insulin administration.
• Communicating with outside healthcare providers, including primary care providers and home health agencies, to help coordinate the best possible care.
• Building positive relationships with family members, powers of attorney (POAs), and legal guardians.
• Sharing clinical information and insights during care conferences and care planning.
• Supporting, guiding, and monitoring the care provided by caregivers and medication technicians.
• Helping create an environment where residents feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.
• Being a supportive and positive presence for residents and fellow team members.

Qualifications & Skills :

• A current LPN license.
• Knowledge of nursing care practices, particularly geriatric and assisted‑living care.
• Familiarity with applicable state boarding home/assisted‑living regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A dependable, caring, and team‑oriented approach.
• The ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• A genuine desire to make residents feel valued and cared for.
