Job summary

Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking an RN Oversight to manage medications and perform skilled nursing procedures for residents. The role requires an active RN (and/or LPN) license with a focus on compassionate care and clear communication with staff, residents, and families.

The position is full-time with weekend availability. Cascade Living Group offers competitive wages and a benefits package. Salary is listed per hour and varies by experience.

Job description

As the RN Oversight with Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care, you will provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

What you can expect to do as an RN Oversight (Registered Nurse):
