Recover-Care Healthcare is seeking an RN for the overnight shift in a hospital unit. You will supervise care, assign staff, and ensure high-quality resident care following facility policies. Responsibilities include medication administration, admissions/discharges, and clinical procedures as directed.

The role requires RN licensure, leadership ability, and strong English communication. Work includes supervising nursing staff and interacting with residents and teams to maintain standards of care.

Qualifications

• RN license required; leadership ability to supervise staff.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care and staff assignments per policies under RN oversight.
• Prepare/administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Admit/discharge residents and coordinate transportation when needed.
• Perform clinical duties such as catheterization, dressings, tubes, and specimen collection.
• Provide nursing reports and ensure residents receive prescribed treatments.
