Job summary
Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. This full-time overnight role involves overseeing nursing operations, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care.
The ideal candidate will have a current RN license in New Jersey, at least 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, and strong leadership skills. We offer a supportive work environment and a variety of benefits.
Qualifications
- Current, valid RN license in the State of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions at night.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight nursing operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance.
- Provide clinical guidance to nurses and CNAs throughout the shift.
- Address resident care concerns, emergencies, and staffing issues.
