Job summary

Avalon Rehab and Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team on the 11 PM–7 AM shift. You’ll serve as a clinical resource, guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensure safe, compassionate resident care through the night.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Experience supervising or leading nursing staff preferred.
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift.
• Provide clinical guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Monitor resident care and ensure services meet established standards.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and resident assessments as needed.
