Banner Health Staffing Services-AZ is seeking registered nurses for Registry/Per Diem opportunities on the 5A/5B and 5D units at Banner Boswell. These per diem roles offer flexible schedules, night differential and the opportunity to be part of a patient-centered team focused on orthopedic and GI post-surgical care.

As a RN on our unit you will assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice, with emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred depending on unit.
• Experience in Progressive Care/Telemetry or related acute care settings is valued.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a PRN registry role.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for assigned patients.
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate with the care team.
• Communicate patient status and needs to physicians and staff clearly.
• Provide care based on best evidence and nursing standards.
• Participate in unit/team activities to promote patient outcomes.
