Job summary

Banner Staffing Services - AZ is seeking RN professionals for night shift Per Diem positions at Del Webb and other Banner facilities in AZ. These roles involve 8-, 10-, or 13-week commitments with flexible scheduling and no guaranteed hours or benefits.

Minimum 18 months RN experience and 12 months in Progressive Care are required, with BLS and ACLS on hire. As a Banner RN, you will self-schedule, float within the service line, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required upon hire.
• Experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Develop and revise patient care plans with outcomes in mind.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate activities of the health care team.
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication among care providers.
• Supervise care delivery and support unit leadership as needed.
• Actively participate in professional development and quality improvement.
