Job summary

Banner Staffing Services in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for per diem opportunities. You will self-schedule a minimum of 2 shifts per month with no weekend commitment, with Day and Night options across Banner Health locations.

The role requires Acute Care RN experience and BLS & ACLS on hire; there are internal pathways to regular opportunities within Banner Health and improvements in patient care across facilities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Acute care nursing experience: minimum 12 months within the last 18 months.
• Completion of post-offer health assessment, drug screen and background check as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient care per nursing standards.
• Develop and revise care plans with patient/family and health team.
• Coordinate care and supervise team members to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document care and communicate patient status to providers and team.
