Job summary

HonorHealth Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced RN Circulating for the Operating Room. The role supports direct patient care, collaborates with physicians, and helps implement the medical plan of care in a fast-paced OR environment.

Shift: Day; 5x8s or 4x10s available. A $20k sign-on bonus is offered. Requires RN with 2 years of OR experience; BSN preferred and AZ license or Compact state license on hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited NLN/CCNE institution.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Assists the Clinical Director in managing the unit’s staff and patient population.
• Provides direct patient care per unit needs and collaborates with physicians on the medical plan of care.
• Ensures compliance with policies and budget; promotes quality practice and patient experience.
• Teaches patients and families how to manage illnesses; coordinates patient education and discharge planning.
