Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an OR Registered Nurse in the operating room. The RN will provide comprehensive perioperative care, including history taking, anesthesia support, medication administration, and patient monitoring in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates hold an AZ RN license (or compact state) with 1 year RN experience for float roles; BSN is preferred or required within 60 months if started with an ADN/ASN. A $20k sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or a compact state.
• BSN must be completed within 60 months of hire if hired with Diploma/ADN.
• BLS certification and unit-specific certs preferred.
• Med-surg/acute care experience is preferred.
• Float positions require 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and Code of Ethics.
• Record medical histories, perform diagnostics, administer medications and IVs.
• Develop, implement and revise patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and self-management.
• Supervise LPNs and nursing aides; delegate tasks appropriately.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care.
