Job summary

HonorHealth's Shea Medical Center, Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an experienced RN supervisor for the OR with a focus on stroke care. This role provides clinical management, leadership, and coordination across care teams to drive quality and patient outcomes.

You will oversee staffing, budget adherence, policy compliance, staff development and collaboration with physicians, while fostering evidence‑based practice and a patient‑centered culture.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's from an NLN-accredited institution.
• Required Master's in Nursing or another healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/leadership experience.
• RN license; BLS/ACLS as applicable; national certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for incorporating organizational vision, mission and goals into job performance.
• Provides clinical management and operational direction for areas of responsibility.
• Leads and coordinates within areas of responsibility; acts as tactical point person for patient care and quality initiatives.
• Ensures evidence-based patient care and maintains high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting, policy compliance and staff development; supports education for staff and students.

Education

Bachelor's degree (NLN accredited)

Master's degree in Nursing or related field
