Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for night shift to supervise and coordinate patient care in the stroke program. You will work with the Clinical Director to manage unit needs, deliver direct patient care, and collaborate with physicians to execute the care plan.

The role requires ER experience, an Arizona RN license, and BLS certification. You will contribute to quality outcomes and ongoing staff development within a leading AZ nonprofit health system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assess, plan, and coordinate patient care and staff development.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement medical plans of care.
• Ensure unit goals align with organizational mission and values.
• Provide direct patient care for stroke patients as needed.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and resources.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to promote quality care.
