Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator - Operating Room to provide leadership and coordinate daily OR operations.

You will plan staffing, support surgical teams, ensure policy implementation, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requires Bachelor's in Nursing, RN license in IL, CPR/BLS, 2 years OR acute care and 1 year leadership; CNOR preferred. Full-time, 40 hours/week, 6:30am-3:00pm M-F.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• RN license in IL (IDFPR) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• 2 years of acute care OR experience required; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and resource management to ensure policy and procedure adherence in patient care.
• Plans, schedules and adjusts OR staffing to meet department and hospital needs.
• Facilitates collaboration among surgeons, anesthesiologists, assistants and other departments to meet patient care goals.
