Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Operating Room at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm.

The pay range is $40.45–$62.70 hourly, depending on experience and credentials. Responsibilities include leadership and resource management to ensure policy adherence, collaboration across the care team, and day-to-day OR operations support.

Qualifications

• Leads and coordinates staff to implement patient care policies and procedures.
• Evaluates resources and facilitates teamwork for optimal patient outcomes.
• Guides department staff and maintains accountability for performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, direction, and resource management to assure appropriate implementation of policies and procedures for delivery of patient care, assesses the effectiveness of resources and facilitates teamwork, positive work environment and collaboration between all members of the health care team.
• Assists surgical teams in achieving quality patient outcomes by managing day-to-day Operating Room operations and coordinating across surgeons, anesthesiologists, assistants, and scheduling.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines, and discharges staff per hospital policies; conducts monthly meetings to review data, address issues, and promote development.
