Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator - Operating Room to lead OR operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care. This full-time role is 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek at Northwest Community Hospital.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Nursing, current Illinois RN license, BLS/CPR, at least 2 years in acute care OR and leadership experience; CNOR preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and active RN license in Illinois (IDFPR).
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care OR experience; leadership experience preferred; CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, direction, and resource management to assure proper delivery of patient care in the OR.
• Manages day-to-day OR operations and collaborates with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines, and guides staff; leads monthly meetings to review data and issues.
