Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator - Operating Room to lead OR operations at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm, with a pay range reflecting candidate experience.

You will direct staff, ensure policy adherence, and support delivery of high-quality patient care. The position requires an Illinois RN license, BLS, and a Bachelor’s- or higher-level nursing credential; CNOR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• 2 years of experience in an acute care OR setting required.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred; CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, direction, and resource management to ensure delivery of patient care and effective teamwork.
• Manages day-to-day OR operations and collaborates with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and schedulers to meet clinical care needs.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines and discharges staff; conducts monthly staff meetings and promotes staff development.
