You will coordinate daily workflow and surgical case flow, supervise OR staff, ensure adherence to best practices and safety standards, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN required)
• Current Illinois RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Prior charge nurse, coordinator, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily workflow and surgical case flow in the Operating Room
• Supporting and supervising OR nursing staff and surgical team members
• Ensuring adherence to clinical best practices, policies, and safety standards
• Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams
