Description:This position is in a Level 3 trauma center.Service lines include orthopedic trauma, orthopedics, ophthalmology, podiatry, general surgery, robotic surgery, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, pain management, urology, and cardiology.The nurse will be responsible for running 5-7 surgical rooms 5 days a week.Call responsibilities are divided equally among staff members based on job grade.The nurse must respond to call within 30 minutes of being notified.Typically, nurses take call 1 day each week and either 1 Saturday or Sunday each month.
