Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Missouri. This role requires a permanent RN license, ACLS/BLS/PALS/RNFA/CNOR, and a minimum of 2 years OR experience.

Expect day shifts, 4x10 hours, with potential early starts and required weekend/holiday call; flexibility is necessary. Proficiency in Ortho, Ortho trauma, ENT, Neuro, Neuro Trauma, and GU cases is essential, including robotic totals (Mako and Rosa) and GU robot cases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ortho, Ortho trauma, ENT, Neuro, Neuro trauma and GU cases.
• Experience with robotic totals (Mako and Rosa) and GU robot cases.
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience; permanent RN license and current ACLS/BLS/PALS/RNFA/CNOR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide OR nursing care across multiple surgical specialties with flexible shifts.
• Float to other service lines when needed and participate in call rotations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Respiratory Services, Pharmacy and Rapid Response Teams.

Description:We are rapidly growing and have a significant need for additional positions in our team.We are looking for Operating Room Registered Nurses for various surgical specialties.This position will require working flexible hours with no set shifts.Nurses may need to be available as early as 5:30 am.The 10-hour shifts will begin from the time the nurse clocks in.The role includes rotating weekend, weekday, and holiday call as needed.When Ortho and Neuro services are not busy, nurses will float to other service lines such as gynecology, general surgery, and vascular surgery.Daily patient census averages 45, with up to 18 operating rooms available.Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in cardiac monitoring and conscious sedation monitoring.We seek individuals who are adaptable and committed to patient care across diverse specialties.

Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential, including Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams.
