Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff in Texas is seeking an experienced RN for an operating room assignment. This 13-week contract requires a 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM shift with on-call duties on weekends.

The OR handles orthopedic, general, robotic, urology, breast oncology, podiatry and ENT procedures on a 4-bed unit with around 23 staff.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of OR experience and a valid RN license; ACLS certification is required.

Description:This is a contract position for an RN in the Operating Room/Surgery.The assignment is for a duration of 13 weeks.Candidates will be required to work from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.Call is required, with a rotation of weekdays and weekends.Each weekend will involve being on call for 24-hour shifts.The unit has 4 beds and a staff of approximately 22.9.Patient ratios are 1:1.The typical staff on day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 6 RNs, and others.The unit focuses on a variety of surgical procedures, including orthopedic, general surgery, robotic, urology, breast oncology, podiatry, and ENT.The best candidates will be kind and flexible.The dress code includes wearing scrub colors designated by the unit.We look forward to attracting highly qualified professionals to join our team.
