Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an OR RN for a fast-paced ambulatory surgery department in a multi-procedure setting. The role requires proficiency in IV starts, Phase I/II Recovery, and EPIC charting, with on-call duties every 11 days and weekends on a rotating basis.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, with experience in orthopedic/gynecologic or general surgery cases. 13-week duration, typical AM shifts, and a high-volume schedule.

Qualifications

Description:Hours include 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts depending on the needs of the surgical schedule.On-call duty is approximately one day every 11 days during the week.One weekend every 11 weeks on a rotating basis.This is a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgical department.The department has experienced a recent large volume, low acuity expansion of patients.Types of surgeries performed include Total Joint and Orthopedic Spine procedures.Arthroscopic ACL/PCL Repair and repair of fractures of the hip, wrist, etc.GYN procedures include hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.General Surgery includes Robotic da Vinci, MAKO, and Globus.Urology procedures include laser lithotripsy, TURBT, TURP, and Endoscopy.The department does not perform heart, head, pediatric, obstetric, ENT, or eye surgeries.
