Description:Shifts vary as needed.There are 5 operating rooms running until 1700 as needed.There are 2 operating rooms running until 1900, and at 1900 we go down to one room utilizing the on-call team.Shifts consist of five 8-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, and three 12-hour shifts.Call coverage is required for 6-8 weekdays and 2 weekend days.Schedules are completed over an 8-week period.All staff may be required to float to other departments as needed.The rotation will be department-based and monitored.
