Ochsner Clinic Foundation is seeking a nurse supervisor to lead care at the point of care within a unit. You will supervise licensed nurses and patient care techs, coordinate patient care, and evaluate staff performance in collaboration with unit leadership.

The role requires RN licensure and BSN for Magnet facilities, with experience in supervising nursing staff and delivering evidence-based practice. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
