Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Observation Unit. You will provide safe, compassionate care, plan and evaluate patient care plans, and work with clinicians to optimize outcomes.

The role is full‑time, 36 hours weekly, with shifts from 7am to 7pm and rotating weekends/holidays. Required credentials include IL RN licensure, CPR, and EKG interpretation knowledge; NIHSS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required at least an associate, with RN licensure.
• CPR certification in good standing and Illinois RN licensure.
• Knowledge of EKG interpretation and NIHSS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care and plan of care.
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and staff to ensure outcomes.
