Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is hiring a Staff Nurse for the Observation Unit. This full-time position offers 36 hours per week, 7am–7pm shifts, every third weekend and rotating holidays, with a competitive hourly pay between $37.25 and $55.80 depending on experience.

The Staff Nurse delivers safe, compassionate care, develops and evaluates the plan of care, collaborates with the clinical team, and supports patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Illinois is required.
• CPR certification (AHA) required.
• EKG interpretation knowledge.
• NIHSS Stroke Scale certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the clinical team to ensure outcomes.
