Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs unit-specific nursing duties per scope of service.
• Maintains accurate documentation and chart audits as required.
• Completes initial patient assessment and develops plan of care.
• Implements and modifies plan of care based on patient status.
• Ensures patient and employee safety by addressing hazards and incidents.
