Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of nursing care provided for the healthcare team.
• Complete initial assessment on patient admission and develop a care plan based on unit standards.
• Implement and adjust nursing interventions and care procedures as needed.
