Carle Health's NT6 Observation unit is recruiting an experienced RN to deliver acute care in a fast-paced, 43-bed unit with rapid patient turnover (24-48 hours). You will perform assessments, implement plans of care, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• RN license required upon hire; nursing diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care for the Observation unit following unit standards.
• Completes initial assessment and develops a care plan with patient/family input.
• Maintains documentation and communicates with the care team to ensure safety and quality.
