Qualifications

• RN with at least 1 year of experience
• RN license upon hire; BLS within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment and develop plan of care.
• Document nursing care accurately and consistently.
• Administer IVs, Foley/NG insertions; monitor patient safety.
• Communicate with the healthcare team and participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain unit competencies and safety standards.
