Advocate Health's High Point Medical Center Observation Unit is a 12-bed general medical‑surgical unit focused on short stays. This full‑time RN role requires a nursing program graduate, an active RN license, BLS, and over one year of RN experience.

You will provide coordinated patient care and support protocols for rapid turnover. Shifts run 7:00 am–7:30 pm, totaling 36 hours per week across three 12‑hour shifts, with four weekend shifts in a six‑week period.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state in which you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience.

Responsabilités

• As a skilled RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and positive patient experience.
