Job summary

Advocate Health Cabarrus’s Medical Observation Unit and Cardiac Observation Unit seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the practicing state, Basic Life Support certification, and weekend rotation. Full-time schedule with 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Experience in fast-paced clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
